Official opening of the “Bellevue” observatory in Montreal

A beautiful autumn day was chosen by the Montreal centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) for the official opening of the “Bellevue” observatory in McGill’s Morgan Arboretum – Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Five years already! But where is Chloé Legris?

We cannot celebrate five years of International Dark-Sky Reserve of Mont-Megantic without remembering the “engine”, the “heart” of the fight against light pollution in the space of the future Reserve. It is, of course, the “Scientist of the Year” 2007 (by RadioCanada), Chloé Legris.
