IDA Quebec (Pierre Tournay, Eric Ladouceur, me, Mihai Pecingina and Mrs. Johanne Roby, Professor Dept. of Chemistry, Cégep de Sherbrooke) went to Westmount. Those who participated last year were a bit skeptical given the previous experience.
We were stunned: the lights were turned off! After 20:30 but… they have been turned-off. All “Washington”-type lights (which are sending 45-50% of their light directly in the sky!) in the front of Victoria Hall and the Library were “OFF”.
